The worker: Running a business means how to make money, we must stand up for ourselves for our own interest.

The boss: We can’ make money alone, for example, If you can earn 10$, and 6$ for yourself is enough, as for the rest of 4$ you can give it to others, sacrifice yourself to achieve others’ goal. If you do so, they will cooperate with you as well when they are making money, and you will have more chance to make a buck.
