E. Staff Recreation & Relaxation Room:

With understanding that many of our staff leaves from their hometowns and come from different provinces to work in Shenzhen, to make our staff feel like home and to realize the humanized management approach, staff recreation & relaxation room is set up in the office of WSTIANMAO. Many staff facilities like snooker, table tennis and computer are set up for staff to play and enjoy during the break.

Staff Birthday Party will be held every month to celebrate with those birthday staff of the month. It provides a valuable platform to allow the exchange of ideas and sharing between the top management and the staff of different levels, in turn could enhance the cohesiveness among the staff.

I. Staff Recognition Program:

To recognize those staff with outstanding performance, a recognition program is implemented in the company. The yearly outstanding performers will be awarded with medals and will be displayed on the staff wall to acknowledge their good performance.
