The WSTIANMAO's Pneumatic functional test fixture is applied in the production line of Japan's Funai Electric Co., Ltd.

Japan's Funai Electric Co. Ltd. of Dongguan Funai plant (FUNAI), founded in 1992, and is a “Three-plus-one” enterprise in Dongguan City, jointly set up by the Guangdong Dongguan Machinery Import & Export Co Ltd. and Japan's Funai Electric Co. Ltd. (Japan listed company). The factory covers an area of 120,000 square meters, the plant area of 100,000 square meters and currently employs more than 4,000 people. The plant is specializing in the production of LCD TVs, projectors, DVD video machine and other appliances, all products export to United States, Japan and Europe and other markets.

Since 2008, WSTIANMAO began to cooperate with FUNAI and provided the following fixtures:

1、 Wave solder pallet:

This wave solder pallet is mainly used for PCB soldering in wave solder machine and it is made by the German Rochling Durostone synthetic stone fiber material. This fixture achieves annual sales of around 700 units.

2、 Pneumatic functional test fixture:

This pneumatic functional test fixture uses an electronic pneumatic structural model and consists of black color anti-static electricity board, double-shaft cylinder and MCU control program. The test efficiency can achieve up to 30 second per PCBA. This fixture is mainly used for PCBA functional testing on DVD and TV control panel. The annual turnover of this fixture is around 120.

3、 PCBA functional test fixture:

This test system is combined with "PCB current and voltage test system" and "pneumatic functional test fixture" which is developed by WSTIANMAO. It is mainly used for current and voltage measurement in different type of PCBA.
